Agency Agents gives Claude Code a full team of AI specialists: sales, marketing, paid media, design, engineering, support, finance and more. It's free and open source.
Use only this link. Popular repos get copied by fake ones.
What you need
Claude Code, which needs a paid Claude plan. The agents themselves cost nothing.
2. Install it (about 2 minutes)
Easiest: the free app. It installs the agents into Claude Code with a click and keeps them updated. It runs on macOS, Linux and Windows. agencyagents.app
Or the command line: install everything, or only the sales team.
git clone https://github.com/msitarzewski/agency-agents.git
cd agency-agents
./scripts/install.sh --tool claude-code
# or just the sales team:
./scripts/install.sh --tool claude-code --division sales
Use an agent: in Claude Code, ask for it by name, e.g. "Activate Outbound Strategist mode and…"
3. The client pipeline, agent by agent
These are the agents from the Reel, first email to final product. All of them are files in the repo.
Find them
Outbound StrategistFinds buying signals, defines who to target, and writes personal outreach based on research rather than volume.
Win the call
Discovery CoachPreps your sales calls: the questions to ask, the gaps to uncover, and how to structure the call.
Close it
Proposal StrategistWrites the proposal around a clear reason to choose you, from the executive summary to the pricing.
Deliver it
Agents OrchestratorRuns the build from spec to finished product and checks each step with dev-QA loops before it ships.
4. The prompt I'd start with
Paste this into Claude Code and fill in the two yellow parts.
Activate Outbound Strategist mode. My ideal client is [who you sell to]. Give me 3 buying signals that mean they need [what you sell] right now. Then write a 3-line cold email for the strongest one that mentions the signal in the first line.
Example (my illustration)
Signal: a company that just raised money. First line: "Congrats on the Series A…"
5. Before you send anything
Read every email before it goes out. The agent writes the draft; you're the editor.
Send from a second domain, never your main one, so your main domain stays out of spam.
The agents write and plan. They don't send emails or guarantee replies on their own.
